Mix ingredients together.
Soak feet in foot bath of warm water with a dash of foot soak; apply a handful of scrub to each foot. Massage lightly, paying close attention to heels, toes, top of feet, ankles and cuticles. Let it soak in for several minutes before rinsing. This scrub is also great on elbows, knees and hands. Sugar and olive oil have great moisturizing and rehydrating properties.
