Shipping:

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1–5 days via USPS Mail. You will receive an email from us notifying you that your item has been shipped. If you need an order fast, rush orders are available for an additional charge of $18. You can choose from several shipping carrier options during the ordering process, but we cannot guarantee delivery in less than 5 days unless you check the Rush fee option.

Cost for Shipping and Handling:

• First Class with delivery confirmation: $4.50 and up.
• Priority with delivery confirmation: 2–3 business days $6.85 and up.
• FedEx: 1-2 business days $20.00 and up.
• UPS 2 Day Air: $18.00 and up.
• International Orders via Global Priority: $20.00+ (depends on where you live and the size of your order).
• Rush Order: Additional $18.00 (order goes out the same or next day whenever possible).

Payment:

www.toerings.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept mail and phone orders with a personal check, cashier's check, or money order. Please print a copy of completed order form and enclose it with payment.

Tax:

State law requires us to collect tax from all Colorado state residents purchasing retail.

Back Orders:

If the item you order is out of stock, we will contact you via email to let you know. You will have the option to choose another item or wait until the item comes in.

Gift Wrap:

All purchases come with automatic FREE gift wrapping. We wrap your order ready to go, perfect for giving to that special someone, or maybe just a gift to yourself!

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your toe rings, so if you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will issue a refund directly to your credit card or PayPal account for the purchase price, less shipping. Sorry, we do not accept returns on special size orders or diamond toe rings, as these are made just for you.

If you do need to return an item, make sure to include and completely fill out the return slip that came with your order. For your protection, we recommend insuring your package and/or adding delivery confirmation for tracking. Please wrap your ring and use a padded envelope, as we are not responsible for rings returned in a plain envelope.

If you want to exchange your toe rings, we will send you an email letting you know your return has been processed and mailed.
